Our wool felt hats start at $220 CAD, which includes all of the fitting, steaming and shaping. Personalization adds $20–$60, depending on what you choose. For a fully hand-shaped hat, we carry open-crown hats in wool ($295), hare ($450) and beaver ($550). Straw and bangora hats are available seasonally from $85.

Wool is a great, affordable felt for events and everyday wear. Hare and beaver are luxury fur felts. They're lighter and softer, hold their shape longer and are more water resistant. See our Hat Guide for more.

Hat bands, feathers, vintage brooches, jewels and crystals, bullet casings, playing cards, embroidery and custom branding. Many of our bands are made from recycled textiles or reclaimed faux leather.

Our private studio is in Southeast Calgary, Alberta. Visits are by appointment only, and the exact address is shared when your booking is confirmed. Our mobile hat bar also travels across Calgary, Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Kananaskis and Alberta.

Yes. The studio is appointment-only so every guest gets one-on-one attention. You can book a private fitting online on our Booking page.

Yes. Our private studio hosts small groups of 2–7 guests. It's perfect for bachelorettes, birthdays, graduations and team gatherings. For larger groups, we bring the hat bar to your venue for a fee.

Yes. We're fully mobile and bring professional staff, curated displays and a guided guest flow to your venue. Each guest is sized, fitted, chooses their embellishments and has their brim shaped.

We regularly handle events of more than 300 guests, and our largest single event so far was 377 hats.

Most events should be booked 2–3 months in advance. Calgary Stampede dates fill first.

Yes. Mountain resorts and incentive trips are a big part of what we do. Travel costs are built into your event quote.

Yes. We send digital gift cards to present to the recipient. There are no pre-loaded funds: payment is made at the appointment or by email invoice.

If your hat is made of quality felt such as wool, hare or beaver, we can give it new life by steaming, blocking, reshaping and cleaning it. The service is $50. Please send photos first so we can assess the hat. We're not able to replace inner sweatbands or repair damaged felt.

Store hats upside-down on the crown to maintain their shape. They can also be hung on the wall or kept in a hat can. We recommend covering your hat with a bag to limit dust.

Let the stain dry, then brush it off. Use a hat cleaner for anything stubborn.

Wool doesn't do well in the rain, so try not to let it get soaked. If it does get wet, dry it on your head to avoid shrinkage and keep it away from heat. Cool and dry is best. Hare and beaver felts are more water resistant.
