Good to know
How far in advance should we book?
Most events should be booked 2–3 months in advance. Calgary Stampede dates fill first, so reach out as early as you can.
How many guests can you handle?
We're set up for groups of more than 300. For big events we bring multiple shapers so the line keeps moving. Our largest single event so far was 377 hats.
Do you travel outside Calgary?
Yes. We regularly set up in Banff, Lake Louise, Canmore and Kananaskis, and at ranches and venues across Alberta. For out-of-town events, travel costs (mileage, parking, meals and overnight stays where needed) are built into your quote.
Can the hats be branded?
Yes. Custom branding, hat boxes and travel clips are available, which makes the hats a great keepsake for guests who are flying home.
How do deposits work?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract confirm your date.
